Why did you join Wepost?
I joined Wepost firstly because of the interesting technology. However, I have realised now it is other factors than only the technology that keeps me motivated; Being a part of a great team with a good culture and relations to each other.
What do you want to be
challenged on going forward?
I want to be the best CTO there is, and with the upcoming tasks this fall I think the opportunity to grow is huge!
What or who inspires you?
All of you inspires me. It is mean to compare to others, but we are a team with very hard-working members. This is also crucial for my motivation and inspiration, that people puts in the effort to become excellent in what they do but also produce great result at the same time.
What is your dream goal in life?
Buy the rest of the land in the whole Græsberget:)) And also when I’m going to die, I want to know that I did my best at everything I do, especially in relations to other people, I want to have the feeling I affected their life in a positive manner. But these are long term goals, I think for now one of my goals is to be the best CTO, but also create the next Norwegian unicorn - with a company with good relations.
